Dr. Constantine Stamatelakys, D.D.S.
Dr. Constantine Stamatelakys is a 1977 graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry. He obtained his certificate in periodontics from Eastman Dental Center in 1986. He maintains a private practice with a focus on implants and periodontal plastic surgery in Greenfield, Wisconsin.
Dr. Stamatelakys is a Past President of the Wisconsin Dental Association and the Wisconsin Society of Periodontists. He served as vice-chair on the Joint Commission of the National Board Examination and as Assistant Clinical Professor at Marquette University School of Dentistry. He has been recognized by the Pierre Fauchard Academy as a Fellow and received the Award of Honor. He is a Fellow in the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. The Wisconsin Dental Association recognized him with two Presidential Awards. He is Director and Founder of the Milwaukee Study Club, an affiliate of the Seattle Study Club, and was privileged to receive the distinguished 2010 Study Club of the Year Award. This award honors and celebrates his leadership, vision, organization and commitment to continuing education, as well as his quest for excellence in the field of periodontal and implants dentistry.

Sarah - Periodontal Assistant
Sarah has been a clinical assistant to Dr. Stamatelakys since 2007, and enjoys the challenge of complex periodontal and implant cases. She has attended extensive continuing education courses in her 12 years as a dental assistant. Our patients feel confident in Sarah’s gentle care and expertise, as well as her commitment to helping them achieve a healthy, beautiful smile.
Sarah enjoys the outdoors, sun, running, biking, traveling, family and friends and Milwaukee nightlife.
Cristy - Periodontal Hygienist
A Wisconsin native, Cristy holds an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene and Certification in Administration of Local Anesthetic from Fox Valley Technical College. After graduating in 2005, Cristy worked as a dental hygienist in a general dentistry practice for three years before relocating to Milwaukee in 2008 to join her now husband, Steve. She feels incredibly fortunate to have joined Dr. Stamatelakys’ team at that time, finding a premier specialty practice very rewarding.
Cristy is passionate about educating her patients on periodontal disease and enthusiastically teaches homecare instruction by individualizing the special needs of each patient. Our patients look forward to her reassuring approach and gentle dental touch at their periodontal therapy sessions. As a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, Wisconsin Dental Hygiene Association and Milwaukee Dental Hygiene Study Club, Cristy updates her skills and knowledge frequently through continuing education.
In her free time, Cristy enjoys a good book, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Cherie - Professional Relations Director
Being a part of progressive and premier dentistry has been a life long mission of Cherie’s. Over her 45 year career in dentistry she has worked in all aspects of the dental office, beginning as a dental assistant and then serving 21 years as an Office Manager for a prominent Periodontist in San Antonio, Texas.
After returning to Milwaukee in 1992, Cherie began working for Dr. Stamatelakys as Business Office Manager, transitioning to Professional Relations Director over the past 4 years. Her artistic creativity and infectious humor are cherished by our team, patients and referring Doctors.
Cherie enjoys chasing her grandchildren around, cooking, reading and her garden.
Elizabeth - Practice Administrator
Elizabeth has worked in healthcare for over 15 years, the last 7 of which have been in the field of dentistry. She joined our team in January of 2010, and is thrilled to be a part of a team that is passionate about periodontal and dental health. Elizabeth brings clinical, administrative and consulting experience to her Coordinator role and is committed to our patients’ education, comfort, and exceptional patient care.
Elizabeth loves spending quality time with her daughter and family, and enjoys reading, music and the beautiful outdoors.
Kathy - Coordinator, Milwaukee Dental Hygiene Study Club
Kathy, a Registered Nurse, came to the Practice in 1991 to "help out" and found herself staying for the challenge of cutting edge periodontal surgery and dental implant therapy. She brings a wealth of healthcare experience including: clinical nursing skills, administration and both nursing and patient education. A 1973 graduate of the Mount Sinai Hospital School of Nursing, Kathy proceeded to earn a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the Marquette University College of Nursing in 1979. She has been able to use her experience to provide the highest quality care and support for the patients, Dr. Stamatelakys’ Team and all others who have contact with the Practice.
Since 2003, Kathy has been the Coordinator of the award-winning Milwaukee Study Club. She is proud to have played an integral role in achieving the coveted Seattle Study Club 2010 Study Club of the Year Award. In her role as Coordinator, she has had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the finest dental educators in the country and the world.
Time away from the office is spent with her family and especially, grandson Gabriel, sailing, traveling and keeping a good book close at hand.
